4. Content and Purpose of the Register
Group – Customers
Content – Name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address, as well as contract and order information.
Purpose – For managing customer relationships, communications, and marketing.
The register may also include additional individual information provided by the customer as well as user data. Customers are informed separately if such information is stored.
Group – Potential customers and website users
Content – Name, email address, company, and optionally other information such as company name and phone number.
Purpose – Handling contact requests received via the website.
5. Retention Period of Register Data
Contact information of the data subject is retained only for the duration of the customer relationship or, optionally, as long as deemed necessary on a case-by-case basis.
Messages sent via the website’s contact form are generally stored for one year, or optionally as long as deemed necessary on a case-by-case basis.

• The contact form on our website, filled out by the person themselves.
• Information received directly from the person, e.g., via email or phone.

The register’s information is stored in information systems and protected so that unauthorized parties do not have access.
Only the personnel responsible for the customer register at White Winter Lapland Oy have access to the data.
9. Right to Access and Correct Information
The data subject has the right to inspect what personal data has been stored about them in the customer register. They also have the right to request correction of incorrect data. The correction request must specify the incorrect information and the corrected data.
Requests for inspection and correction must be submitted in writing and signed, addressed to the person responsible for registry matters as specified in section 2 of this document.

Data may be deleted at the request of the data subject.

The data subject has the right to prohibit the data controller from processing their personal data, for example, for direct marketing.
